Our engineering teams at United focus on supporting our fleet and its complex aviation systems through reliability and performance, safety management and regulatory compliance.

Safety is our number one priority at United. Our safety and compliance teams are dedicated to ensuring our aircraft and all support systems are meeting rigorous regulatory and safety guidelines.



Ground Service Equipment teams maintain and repair vital ground equipment to ensure it’s in good working condition. Facilities teams are responsible for United-operated facilities equipment, along with maintaining HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Storekeeper support the operation by managing efficient warehouses. This includes receiving, inventorying and storing of supplies, parts and materials. Utility Specialists are non-licensed technicians that perform minor repairs on aircraft and ground equipment.
