Accepted candidates will receive an offer via email. Offers are extended on a rolling basis, and timelines may vary.

New hires will attend orientation at United, which takes place on the first day of the program. Start dates may vary depending on the role and program.

Hear from student and early career hires

“As a summer intern, I had the opportunity to present to leadership, regardless of my seniority or tenure, to share ideas to help the company flourish. United welcomed my feedback and incorporated some components into new programs. Although United has more than 100,000 employees, the embracing company culture makes each employee – even interns – feel seen and heard.”

Associate - HR Partner
“Transitioning to a full-time employee at United has been an incredible journey. I’ve gotten to see how dynamic United is and experience what it’s like being part of corporate and airport operations. There are so many career pathways to explore. Also, the resources available to early career professionals have supported my leadership development and enhanced my understanding of our business.”

Carlos C.
Supervisor - Airport Operations
“Transitioning from student to full-time employee was initially scary, but the supportive team at United made the process seamless. United is welcoming, encourages growth and prepares you for your role through mentorship and training programs. I’ve also gotten to travel, visiting places like Brazil, France, Guam and Spain. It’s been amazing to explore the world while working for the best airline out there.”
