Overview

 

The Senior Analyst – IE serves to harmonize business processes, improve customer service, efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.


Responsibilities

 

Value Creation: 

    • Understand client’s business and value stream
    • Apply analytical rigor and a data driven approach to assess current state and develop alternatives
    • Accountable for selecting a technical approach that’s in line with expected benefits

Service Delivery:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with front line employees and stakeholders
    • Propose ways to synthesize multiple and possibly divergent viewpoints into an action plan
    • Accountable for zero defect in deliverables

Project Management:

    • Understand project scope and objectives
    • Develop realistic tasks to achieve project objectives
    • Identify risks and dependencies on the proposed tasks
    • Execute to plan
    • Update project lead and stakeholders regularly
    • Achieve the expected benefits within the project timeline 

Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years relevant post-undergrad experience
    • BS Industrial Engineering OR related discipline involving quantitative analysis with emphasis on TQM, Lean or Six Sigma  
    • Excellent Communications skills
    • Highly proficient in MS Office and in statistical software such as Minitab or JMP
    • Working knowledge of project management discipline
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
    • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
    • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
    • Approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge of simulation tools (Arena), SQL, CAD, VBA
    • Leadership experience
    • Green Belt certification from a recognized institution
    • TQM, Lean or Six Sigma experience in industry
