Senior Manager, Commercial Data Analytics
The Data and Analytics team at United Airlines enables broad-based and rapid consumptions of data-driven insights and AI, to benefit employees, customers and shareholders.
As a Sr. Manager of Commercial Analytics, you will partner with the Commercial teams (E.g. Revenue Management, Network Planning and Sales) to define and execute data analytics initiatives that drive incremental revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing opportunities as well as managing the execution and delivery of projects. You will be working with internal and external partner teams both in the US and off-shore. This role will require strategic thinking and strong client focus.
Manage projects that involve team members across all data analytics areas, vendors and external partners. Be accountable for deliverables by understanding and balancing the competing demands for project scope, time and quality.
Partner with commercial teams to identify key initiatives and develop solutions using advanced analytics
Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed
Be a thought partner to the commercial teams in creating analytics as a competitive advantage for United
Lead status meetings and manage frequent communication to key stakeholders
