Job Overview and Responsibilities
Support the implementation of a full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, and other corporate programs. Provide assistance to the advisors and managers in the support of their client groups in all HR matters.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment & selection exercise with hiring managers
  • Interview and help select successful candidates with hiring department and business partner
  • Prepare employment letters, coordinate with Payroll, process new hires as well as liaising with corporate talent selection department
  • Administrative assistance with our benefits program – pension, flexible benefits renewal etc.
  • Coordination and support on any project related work in each of the countries supported by the office
  • Payroll administration – managing monthly updates, changes in the system
  • Administration of leave programmes – Maternity, Paternity, Parental Leave etc
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide data analysis and reports for all HR related information
  • Liaise with service vendors on annual review and renewal and regularly monitor vendors’ service standard for benefits programs
  • Payroll administration – managing monthly updates, changes in the system
  • Support the implementation of corporate incentive programs such as On-time bonus, Bonus Programs, Profit Sharing, Perfect Attendance and Merit pay programs
  • Conduct internal survey in collecting employee feedback on existing benefit plans
  • Review and monitor benefit plans/remuneration calculation methodology to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements in conjunction with HR Advisor
  • Conduct research and survey among the interline HR professionals to obtain most updated information on compensation & benefits programs
  • Prepare and consolidate required data for any bonus programs
  • Data analysis of attrition and sick leave statistics

This position is offered on local terms and conditions. Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded. 


  • High school diploma,GED or second level education
  • Bachelor Degree in related discipline  
  • Good analytical skills and communication skills
  • Knowledge in local labor laws 
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Detail oriented as well as high level of organizational skills
  • Ability to use initiative
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR field or role with heavy HR responsibilities
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position


  • CIPD qualification desirable
  • Fluency in other European languages
